The Athlete
 
Hurdle race, boxing, wrestling, swimming, fencing, discus throwing were the most common practised sports by Romans. They were practised in the palaestrae of the baths and in the premises devoted to physical activities such as the Campus Agrippae, built by Agrippa in the Campus Martius.
