Information regarding privacy (Art.13 del D.Lgs.196/2003) relating to the treatment of personal data.

Subject: Personal data will be dealt with according to the protocols outlined in Italian law regarding personal data protection (art13 del D.lgs.196/2003).

Purpose :The Soprintendenza Archeologica di Roma will treat all data received with discretion , in full compliance with the law, with the sole purpose of enabling a secure and efficient economic transaction.

Procedure: The Soprintendenza Archeologica di Roma is responsible for the treatment of personal data in accordance with the relevant Italian legislation (Art 11 del D.lgs. 196/2003)  in order to  guarantee security and discretion. The treatment of data received may be dealt with manually or electronically in compliance with the technical aspects outlined in attachment B of the privacy code.

Customer rights: in relation to the treatment of personal data the user is entitled to request correction, cancellation or inclusion of particular information as outlined in law (art 7 legge  n.196/03).
